The new temple of Ram Lalla — Rama as a child — at the site honoured as his birthplace, opened in January 2024 and built of pink sandstone in the Nagara style. The five daily aratis run from Mangala before dawn to Shayan at night; Rama Navami and Diwali (Deepotsav) bring the largest crowds.
