ISKCON's temple on the Pehowa road, about a kilometre and a half from Jyotisar, begun on six acres to fulfil Srila Prabhupada's wish for a temple where the Gita was spoken; the foundation stone was laid in 2015 and worship runs in a hall while construction continues. Pilgrims come for mangala-arati, Gita classes, kirtan and prasadam, and the temple holds a Jagannath Ratha Yatra.
