The broad flight of steps below the Jagat Mandir where the Gomti runs down to the Arabian Sea. Pilgrims bathe here before going up for Dwarkadhish darshan; small shrines to Gomti-mata, the Sea, Lakshmi, Saraswati and Sudama line the steps, and the river is said to have been brought to Dwarka by the sage Vasishtha. Boats cross to the Panchkui bank and Sudama Setu spans the river just upstream.
