Gita Mandir

A white marble temple devoted to the Bhagavad-gita, built by the Birla family's charitable trust in 1970 on the road to Bhadkeshwar. The altar shows Krishna teaching Arjuna, who sits with the Gandiva bow, and verses of the Gita are inscribed on the walls. A pilgrims' dharamshala stands on the grounds, and the hall is known for its echo during kirtan.
