Dwarkadhish Temple
Temple · Dwarkadhish · Jagat Mandir, Dwarka, Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat 361335
Krishna reigns here as Dwarkadhish, the king of Dwarka, in the five-storey Jagat Mandir rising over the Gomti — the western seat of the Char Dham and a Divya Desam. Pilgrims usually bathe at Gomti Ghat first and climb in through the Swarga Dwar. Families book the hoisting of the 52-yard flag on the spire through the Guggali Brahmin samiti, and the day runs from Mangala arati at 6:30 to Shayan at night, with Janmashtami as the great festival of the year.
