Gour Gopinath Jiu Temple and the 60-foot Mahaprabhu (Prachin Mayapur)
Temple · Gaura-Nitai · Prachin Mayapur Road, Nabadwip, WB 741302
A temple at Prachin ("old") Mayapur in Nabadwip town, marked by a 60-foot statue of Sri Chaitanya visible from the river. Some Nabadwip traditions place the Lord's birthplace here rather than at Yogapith; the Gaudiya Math line follows Bhaktivinoda Thakura's identification of Yogapith.
