Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math, Puri
Gaudiya Matha · Gaura-Nitai · Bidhava Ashram Road, Gaur Batsahi, Puri, Odisha 752001
The Puri branch of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math, opened by Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Maharaj with the blessing of Srila Sridhar Maharaj on land in Gaur Batsahi near Tota Gopinath. Govinda Maharaj looked for a plot a little away from the main temple, where foreign pilgrims stay, so as not to trouble the temple's rules. The Nitai-Gaura deities were brought here from the Nabadwip math.
