The haveli of Shrinathji, Krishna as a boy holding up Govardhan with his left hand. Carried out of Braj to escape Aurangzeb, after a journey of 32 months the cart sank into the mud at Sihad on the Banas in 1672, and Maharana Raj Singh of Mewar gave the Lord a home here. As the chief seat of Pushtimarg, the temple opens for eight short darshans a day, from Mangla to Shayan, whose hours shift with the season and festival. Photography of the deity is prohibited.
