Ahulya Math
Lila-sthana · Gaura-Nitai · Heragohiri Sahi Road, Balagandi, Puri, Odisha 752001
An old math in Heragohiri Sahi where Advaita Acharya, and with him Nityananda, stayed on their yearly visits to Mahaprabhu. The name comes from 'ahulya', an oar, after the boat by which Advaita's disciple reached Puri. Here Advaita once got to cook for Mahaprabhu alone when a storm kept the other devotees away. His deities of Gaura, Nitai, Advaita and Sita are still worshipped, though the building is in poor repair.
