The ground Jiva Goswami gave Syamananda Pandita to sweep. One dawn he found a golden anklet and refused to hand it to anyone but its owner, until Radharani herself came with Lalita and Vishakha to take it back; the mark it left on his forehead became the anklet-shaped tilaka still worn in Syamananda's line.
